Phil Cushman to Succeed Mr. Sanford as President Effective May 17, 2018

Pottstown, PA – May 17, 2018/PR News Wire -- Neapco Holdings, LLC, named as one of the world’s fastest growing private companies in the United States as an automotive and non-automotive supplier of driveline products, today announced Keith Sanford has elected to retire as President, Neapco Components, LLC, after 24 years of dedicated service. Phil Cushman has been appointed to the position of President, Neapco Components, LLC, effective immediately.

Mr. Sanford will continue in a supporting role to assure a smooth transition through the end of September 2018. Keith played an important role on the Neapco Executive Team as Neapco grew organically and through key acquisitions, which has helped to position Neapco to its prominent role today.

Mr. Cushman comes to Neapco with over 30 years of strategic operational experience in the automotive Aftermarket and OE industry. Phil previously held key leadership roles with the CURT Group, Benteler Automotive, Visteon, and Valeo. In his new role with Neapco, Phil will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Neapco Components business.
