Neapco is currently seeking to fill the full-time position of Manager of OE Sales.  The Manager of OE Sales provides senior level leadership and direction, as well as cultural leadership within the regional and global sales function. They will have responsibility for all aspects of sales and business development, for building relationships with team members, as well as current and prospective customers. The Manager of OE Sales is an integral part of the executive team, and reports to the President of Neapco Components division.

Job Description:

Provide senior level leadership and direction, as well as cultural leadership within regional and global function.  Responsibility for all aspects of sales and business development, building relationships with team members, as well as current and prospective customers.  Integral part of the executive team. Reports to the President, Neapco Components, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth of market share a margin expansion.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, and business partners.
  • Analyze global market by product, customer, and region to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build strong network and engagement with advanced commercial and technical decision makers at OEM's, Tier2s, and aftermarket customers.
  • Evaluate strengths, weaknesses and opportunities within Neapco product portfolio.
  • Develop and manage marketing and branding of product portfolio via value-proposition offerings to OEM's and Tier2's.
  • Initiate one and five year business plans to enhance the overall growth of the organization.
  • Prioritize resource utilization/value proposition development for OE Sales.
  • Generate development contracts and LTA's to support Neapco growth plan.
  • Develop business cases, proposal and consolidation for review with Vice President, Global Sales, and Executive leadership for OE Tier1 market.
  • Responsible for key managing all OE accounts for Neapco Components.

Core Requirements:

  • Strong background and demonstrated experience in sales and business development in a B2C, B2B, OEM, and automotive Tier1 services setting, working with Executive level decision-makers.
  • Lead by example to create and maintain strong partnerships and positive relationships with internal and external associates through open communication, transparency and performance.
  • Strong business leadership and acumen (management principles, strategic planning, critical thinking, budgeting, resource allocation, human resources, etc.)
  • Previous experience working for a global automotive company, within a cultural environment.
  • Travel Required
  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in a key sales management role in a manufacturing or automotive environment  (automotive manufacturing experience required).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.  MBA or advanced degree preferred.
