Job Description:


  • Lead global program for new product incorporation into North America
  • Develop and track overall timing plans
  • Program financial and budget tracking/reporting
  • Global team coordination
  • Identify, track, and propose solutions for regional/functional issues
  • Lead monitoring and status reporting of customer sourced projects, adhering to gate review cadence
  • Assist in developing and implementing Global Program Management procedures, assuring all processes are seamlessly integrated into ERP systems
  • Maintain regular communication with all customers, both internal and external
  • Act as single point contact for customer issues

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven track record managing complex global programs
  • Knowledge of powertrain products and processes preferred (half shafts, axles, and transmissions a plus)
  • Experience working in multi-cultural business environments
  • Minimum of five (3) years of Program Management experience (GM experience a plus)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in at least two other functional areas (manufacturing, product development, sales, and or supply chain management)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability in process/procedure development
  • Awareness of production, engineering, quality, and MP&L disciplines.
  • Knowledge of VDA/IATF quality systems
  • Ability/willingness to travel 25-50% (primarily during launch phases) in USA and Mexico
