Neapco is currently seeking to fill the full-time position of Senior Manager, Americas Program Management, leading new program global initiatives. This position is based out of our Farmington Hills Michigan facility. Compensation dependent upon qualifications.

Job Description:

  • Lead regional program management team for new product incorporation into North America
  • Supervise day-to-day activities of North American Program Management Team (Direct reports 5-6)
  • Assure teams are managing program timing and milestones and pursuing flawless launch.
  • Responsible to assure that programs are meeting financial and budget targets or escalate accordingly
  • Develop and maintain departmental budget
  • Perform yearly Objectives Cascade and Performance Reviews of Direct Reports
  • Provide organizational leadership for development, launch, training, and continuous improvement of Program Management Process and Systems
  • Act as key communication link with all customers, both internal and external
  • Provide oversite and guidance for Change Management processes to assure that we are meeting customer requirements for both forward model and new model changes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven track record managing complex global programs and teams
  • Knowledge of powertrain products and processes preferred (e.g., half shafts, propshafts, axles, and transmissions)
  • Experience working and leading in multi-cultural business environments
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Program Management experience
  • Minimum of five (10) years of experience working in at least two other functional areas (manufacturing, product development, sales, and or supply chain management)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability in process/procedure development
  • Awareness of production, engineering, quality, and MP&L disciplines.
  • Knowledge of VDA/IATF/APQP quality systems
  • Ability/willingness to travel (20% or less), primarily during launch phases with USA and Mexico but occasional travel to Europe and Asia as well



  • Master’s Degree preferred, combination of education and experience will be evaluated in absence of degree
