Neapco is currently seeking to fill the position of full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator. This position is based out of our Farmington Hills, Michigan Global Headquarters and Technical Center. Compensation dependent upon qualifications.

Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day support for sales team and marketing team as needed.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to support product development needs, product launches, promotional activities, and general office administration needs.
• Produce and distribute sales reports and project files.
• Assist with the planning, development and execution of presentations, market/customer research reports, feedback and other items, as needed.
• Pull from system, organize, format, and supply accurate product catalog data to send to publishers and customers as appropriate.
• Organize and maintain department shared projects folders.
• Assist sales and marketing teams with the preparation of trade shows, account proposals/ presentations, etc.
• Gather, organize, and maintain competitive product data received from the field sales team and other sources.
• Identify and stay abreast of competitive products - evaluate product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; develop and maintain department databases with findings.
• Assist with annual pricing -analyze current and past price related data and performance
• Prepare and distribute customer price quotes.
• Work with Buying Groups/customers, adhering to strict guidelines of communication and pricing structures/requirements.
• Maintain and coordinate the distribution of company announcement materials.
• Assist sales with the preparation of sales proposals when needed.
• Monitor and coordinate monthly sales commissions and annual customer rebate information.
• Coordinate customer proposal and bid information and provide to appropriate project staff member(s).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with, and proficient understanding of automotive aftermarket ACES and PIEs catalog data.
• Strong working knowledge in the Plex ERP software environment.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excellent Excel and Access skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Good communication skills and project management skills. Strong attention to detail, being thorough and accurate, while prioritizing and juggling multiple projects/tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong “team player” mindset.
