Job Description:


  • Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through cycle counts, cycle adjustments, identifying and processing of obsolescence associated with level changes and aging inventory.

  • Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.

  • Cycle counting based on established lists; permanent items; and at need basis.

  • Research inventory discrepancies, and make necessary changes in a timely fashion.

  • Maintain inventory integrity through cycling of both end item and components.

  • Scrap processing assignment and reconciliation.

  • Maintaining inventory accuracy metrics to include yearly cycle percentage.

Preferred Skills:


  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of Ford, Chrysler, and GM systems.

  • Understanding Bills of Materials for inventory reconciliation.

  • Excellent judgement and decision-making ability.

  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritizing multiple tasks.

  • Strong understanding of inventory control practices.

  • Ability to analyze and root cause inventory discrepancies.

  • Ability to work within customers obsolescence modules.

  • Processing obsolescence claims through direct contact with customers.

  • Lead person in internal and external inventory audits.

  • Experience with Plex ERP system or equivalent.

  • Strong math skills.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
