Brad Hugg is Vice President, Global Purchasing at Neapco where he oversees all global procurement activities and is tasked with evaluating, developing, and implementing cost-optimized sourcing strategies that ensure a diverse and stable supply base capable of meeting Neapco’s high-quality requirements and expectations. Brad first joined Neapco in 2009 as a Senior Buyer for the Neapco Drivelines Purchasing team. His ascent within the organization has been marked by a steady string of successes, strong performance, and growing responsibility as he served in a number of leadership positions, from Global Supply Chain Manager to Director, Global Supplier Development. Most recently, he served as Neapco’s Director of Advanced Purchasing.
Prior to joining Neapco, Brad worked at DaimlerChrysler AG and Chrysler LLC in a number of purchasing and operational roles, including purchasing various commodities for Chrysler’s Auburn Hills corporate headquarters and material planning and logistics at two Chrysler manufacturing facilities.
Brad graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Procurement & Operations Management and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan—Dearborn. He is a Certified IATF 16949:2016 Lead Auditor. Brad currently resides in Chelsea, Michigan with his wife and two kids.
